Outlook 2010 / 2007 TLS Windows 7
Earlier windows Version (windows 7) and not sure about the other version like XP / Vista etc may have problem with Microsoft outlook for SSL version or TLS version as per above error
The steps that I have tried and solve the issue :
- Install KB3140245 updates
- patch easyfix from Microsoft website
- Edit registry as follow
For TLS 1.2
Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client
DWORD name: DisabledByDefault
DWORD value: 0
4. Reboot your computer
